Kyle brings extensive experience in high-level real estate marketing and public relations to his role as a Strategic Partner of MarPro's.  

He has run marketing and PR functions for two national-level real estate programs, for Jim Walter Homes, which had offices in 18 states, and for the land-development division of Plum Creek, the nation’s largest private landowner.

At Jim Walter Homes, sales increased over 35% in the first year after his arrival. Managing marketing efforts for 81 offices, Kyle’s team created a more robust and cohesive program, including major improvements in sales office presentation, collateral materials, advertising and internet efforts, and strategies to improve lead-to-sale conversion.

At Plum Creek, the development division’s revenues increased three-fold in his first year. Kyle’s work focused on recreational property sales in three states – Wisconsin, Montana and Georgia. This role involved responsibility for everything from market research and broker relations to supervision of advertising and internet outreach initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Kyle was a real estate reporter and assistant business editor for the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times, winning several national writing awards, and served as Director of Corporate Communications for Walter Industries Inc. (now Walter Energy), a conglomerate that had more than $1-billion in revenue and a variety of national subsidiaries at the time.

Kyle is now President and Principal of St. Petersburg-based Bayview Public Relations, a highly successful agency that has a number of real estate-related companies on its client roster.

He has a B.A. from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Kyle is Marketing/PR Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s Tampa Bay district council, and is a member of the University of Tampa’s Board of Fellows. He holds a Florida real estate sales license.
